After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before production begins.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Processing Time

Average estimated processing time is:

2–4 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

  • United States: 4–7 business days
  • United Kingdom / GB: 7–9 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • European Union / Rest of World: 10–15 business days

LIOWAY offers free shipping.

Orders are dispatched from Vietnam.

3. Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Many LIOWAY products are produced specifically according to the customer’s selected options and personalization information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information before completing an order, including:

  • Player names
  • Team names
  • Jersey numbers
  • Sizes
  • Colors
  • Shipping address
  • Other personalization details

LIOWAY will produce the item according to the information provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for personalized or made-to-order products unless there is a verified production or fulfillment issue.

Refunds or replacements may be considered for damaged, defective, incorrect, or improperly personalized products where the error is verified.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product images, descriptions, colors, measurements, pricing, and personalization information.

Actual product colors may vary slightly because of:

  • Screen brightness
  • Lighting

  • Normal production variation

If a product description or pricing error occurs, LIOWAY reserves the right to correct the information and cancel an affected order before shipment where necessary.

Customer-Submitted Content
